VMA winners of 2011
The 2011 MTV Video Music Awards took place on August 28, at Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, honoring the best music videos from the previous year. It was a good year for Adele and his handlers, having won the most awards (3), along with Katy Perry.
I'd say this year's VMA statues had been distributed much better. If you remember last year's VMA, Lady Gaga was the most-nominated artist in VMA history for a single year. She then lopsidedly took 8 wins out of 13 nominations.

Best Art Direction in a Video: Adele – “Rolling in the Deep”
Best Latino Artist: Wisin & Yandel — "Zun Zun Rompiendo Caderas"
Best Special Effects in a Video: Katy Perry ft. Kanye West – “E.T.”
Best Editing in a Video: Adele – “Rolling in the Deep”
Best Cinematography in a Video: Adele – “Rolling in the Deep”
Best Video with a Message: Lady GaGa – “Born This Way”
Vanguard Award: Britney Spears
